Is there a simple beginners tutorial on how to do sliding/scrolling text on an infinite loop for icons? I use Photoshop CS5. I just want to scroll one word across the icon and I have no clue how to do this. Please and thank you. :)

Hello! I was wondering how to create the following two text effects on GIFS in Photoshop CS6?

I need some help! I would like to know how to add text on gifs - a lot like this one here.

When I try to add text to gifs, they end up looking like so and so (I know they're not the same as the example, but I just want to show you how messy the text ends up looking).

Please help? :)

I'm not entirely sure of how to achieve this text effect. I realize that I could go about it the long way and add an outer glow, slight blur, etc. and adjust the settings for each frame to create a similar glow/haze, but I feel that there's another, easier and more direct way of achieving it.
